Soccer Recap: Northwestern Lehigh Extends Winning Streak to Eight

Palisades kept up with Northwestern Lehigh until halftime on Monday, but afterwards: not so much. The Tigers blew past the Pirates 8-2. Caelan Stangil was a massive factor in the win as he booted in three goals all by himself.

The win (which was Northwestern Lehigh's eighth in a row) raised their record to 8-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 49 goals over those eight matches. As for Palisades, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-3.
