Starting off the list is Heritage Academy's Kaleb (Bubba) Burras, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. (Bubba) Burras rushed for 88 yards and three touchdowns, and also threw for 314 yards and three touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes. He is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in the last three games he's played dating back to last season.

Uriah Neloms's big game helped extend San Tan Charter's winning streak to seven on Friday. Neloms did his part (and then some), throwing for 241 yards and two touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes, and also rushing for 66 yards and a touchdown for the 'W'.
San Tan Charter pushed their record up to 7-0 with the win, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season. Neloms and San Tan Charter are taking a road trip to square off against Heritage Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Paul Soltero put up the most rushing yards he's had since back in October of 2023 on Friday. He rushed for 36 yards and two touchdowns, and also picked up 70 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Arete Prep had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Soltero it was a similar story. When Soltero last faced the CHARGERS back in October of 2023, he rushed for 157 yards and a touchdown on only nine carries, and also picked up 60 receiving yards and a touchdown.

San Tan Charter picked up their seventh consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Dwayne Jones. Jones turned in nothing short of a gem, picking up 45 receiving yards and a touchdown.
