Charleroi proved they can win big last Tuesday (they won by ten) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Seton LaSalle Rebels, sneaking past 2-1. The win continues a trend for the Cougars in their matchups with the Rebels: they've now won five in a row.

Charleroi's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Seton LaSalle, their defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 3-3.

Coming up, Seton LaSalle will face off against Monessen at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Charleroi will be paying especially close attention to the Rebels' contest: after the Rebels faces off against the Greyhounds, they'll take on Charleroi again at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
