Torrey Pines had won five straight games and Beckett Ribeiro-Greenbaum did his part to make it six on Friday. The Torrey Pines Falcons walked away with a 2-0 victory over the St. Augustine Saints with plenty of help from Ribeiro-Greenbaum, who had six digs and five aces. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in aces.

Torrey Pines' win bumped their record up to 10-2. As for St. Augustine, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season.

Coincidentally, Torrey Pines and St. Augustine will both be playing Francis Parker the next time they take the court. St. Augustine will head out to face Francis Parker at 8:00 p.m. on Friday, while Torrey Pines will play them later in the day, at 9:00 p.m.
