Basketball Recap: Houston Math Science & Tech Comes Up Short

Houston Math Science & Tech was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a blow against the Bellaire Cardinals, falling 71-29. The Tigers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 41-11.

Houston Math Science & Tech's defeat dropped their record down to 12-9. As for Bellaire, their victory bumped their record up to an identical 12-9.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Westside the next time they take the court. Bellaire will host Westside at 7:15 p.m. on Friday, while Houston Math Science & Tech will head out to face them at 7:15 p.m. on January 21st.
