Basketball Recap: Holy Trinity Comes Up Short

Holy Trinity and Latin squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Holy Trinity had to settle for second. They took a blow against the Latin Romans, falling 52-13. The Tigers have been going strong on the season, but this is now their second defeat in a row.

Holy Trinity's loss dropped their record down to 11-6. As for Latin, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 19-7.

Holy Trinity does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Latin, they will square off against Chicago Hope Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
