Softball Game Preview: Travis Rebels vs. LBJ Austin Jaguars

Travis is 1-6 against LBJ Austin since March of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. Travis will venture away from home to square off against LBJ Austin at 6:00 p.m. Neither Travis nor LBJ Austin posted many runs in their last games, so it might be the pitching crews that decide this one.

Travis is headed into Friday's matchup looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game last Saturday. They came up short against Lago Vista, falling 24-0.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when LBJ Austin challenged Eastside Early College on Tuesday. LBJ Austin lost 15-0 to Eastside Early College.

Travis' defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for LBJ Austin, they dropped their record down to 2-4 with the loss, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season.
