Volleyball Recap: Whitehall Takes a Loss

Whitehall lost against Montague back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Vikings took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wildcats. The Vikings have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Montague was led to victory by Abbi Tallquist and Reagan Cederquist. Tallquist had six digs and two aces, while Cederquist hit 78.6% for 11 kills and ten digs and one assist. That's the most aces Tallquist has posted over her last three matches.

Whitehall's loss dropped their record down to 4-28. As for Montague, their record is now 10-22-1.

Whitehall wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Muskegon Catholic Central on the 18th. As for Montague, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Fruitport on the 18th.
