Lucas Dewey put up the most rushing touchdowns he's had since back in September on Friday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he rushed for 186 yards and three touchdowns. He is becoming a predictor of Martinsville's success: when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns the team is 2-1 (and 2-5 when he doesn't).

Looking ahead, Dewey and Martinsville will be playing in front of their home fans against Charlestown at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Artesians were victorious the last time they faced the Pirates, a win that might not have happened without Dewey: he rushed for 102 yards and one score on only nine carries.
