Basketball Recap: McCallum Takes a Loss

McCallum has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They fell just short of the Glenn Grizzlies by a score of 64-61 on Thursday. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Knights came into the contest with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 148th, while the Grizzlies are ranked 786th).

McCallum's defeat dropped their record down to 10-5. As for Glenn, their win bumped their record up to 4-9.

McCallum will venture away from home to challenge Crockett at 7:00 p.m. on December 20th. As for Glenn, they and Sweeny will face off at 1:30 p.m. on Friday without much rest having both just played.
