Volleyball Recap: Sterling Comes Up Short

Sterling lost against College View Academy back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Jets took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eagles.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-14.

College View Academy can attribute much of their success to Bella Becker, who had nine digs. Those nine digs gave Becker a new career-high.

Sterling's defeat dropped their record down to 1-17. As for College View Academy, the victory (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 11-2.

Sterling has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Elmwood-Murdock on the 9th. As for College View Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Lewiston on the 7th.
