Volleyball Recap: Tough Loss for Mcgregor

McGregor came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but they unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to the Barnum Bombers. The matchup marked the first time this year in which the Mercuries were not able to get on the board.

McGregor has been struggling recently as they've lost 19 of their last 20 games, dating back to last year. That leaves them at a 1-4 record this season. As for Barnum, their win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. McGregor is set to take on their familiar foe South Ridge at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Barnum will challenge their in-conference opponent Esko at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
