Softball Recap: Kirtland Central Broncos vs. Cleveland Storm
After only two runs in their last matchup, Kirtland Central made sure to put some runs up on the board against Cleveland on Saturday. The Broncos sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 12-11 victory over the Storm. This was payback for the Broncos, who suffered a 10-9 loss the last time these two teams met.

Tamirra Chee was incredible, firing off two home runs, seven RBI, and two stolen bases while going 3-for-3. Those two home runs gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Isabella Hurtado, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3.
Kirtland Central was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .556. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .357 or higher in five consecutive games.
