The Little Irish might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matchups by six runs or more this season.
Kendall Buttles made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She struck out 13 batters over five innings while giving up three earned runs off five hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than eight strikeouts in four consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 1-for-4 with four runs and one RBI. Those four runs gave her a new career-high.
