Soccer Recap: Independent Comes Up Short

Independent lost against Augusta back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Panthers lost 4-0 to the Orioles. Independent have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Independent now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Augusta, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Independent will head out on the road to take on Junction City/St. Xavier on Thursday. As for Augusta, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Ottawa at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
