Sam Rayburn is headed into the match after thoroughly thrashing Whitewright: they outscored them in every quarter. Sam Rayburn came out on top against Whitewright by a score of 48-40 on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Tom Bean unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They took a 45-37 hit to the loss column at the hands of Honey Grove.

Sam Rayburn has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 16 of their last 18 games, which provided a nice bump to their 21-4 record this season. As for Tom Bean, their loss dropped their record down to 15-11.

Sam Rayburn strolled past Tom Bean when the teams last played on January 7th by a score of 59-45. The rematch might be a little tougher for Sam Rayburn since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
