After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Anna-Jonesboro, DuQuoin was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They claimed a resounding 54-24 win over Elverado/Zeigler-Royalton. The Indians have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four games by 24 points or more this season.

With the victory, DuQuoin broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 7-6. As for Elverado/Zeigler-Royalton, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season.
