Olympia had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Yelm Tornados with a sharp 3-0 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Bears also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

Olympia was especially dominant in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-6, 25-20.

Ellie Johnson paced Olympia's offense, picking up 11 kills. Johnson got some help from Alice Fischer and her 29 assists.

Olympia's victory bumped their record up to 8-2. As for Yelm, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-5.

Olympia didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Bethel on the 1st. As for Yelm, they will square off against Puyallup at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
