Baseball Recap: North Miami Beach Has No Trouble Against Reagan

North Miami Beach made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Reagan, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The North Miami Beach Chargers blew past the Reagan Bison 10-2 on Tuesday. The Chargers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four contests by eight runs or more this season.

The team relied heavily on Samuel Castro, who scored three runs and stole Three bases. while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances. He has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times he's played. Nick Tuzinsky was another key player, going 1-for-2 with one stolen base and two RBI.

The victory made it two in a row for North Miami Beach and bumps their season record up to 4-9. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 11 runs. As for Reagan, they dropped their record down to 0-4 with the loss, which was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, North Miami Beach will square off against David Posnack Jewish Day at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. David Posnack Jewish Day has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 12.29 runs per game on average), something North Miami Beach will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Reagan, they are taking a road trip to face off against Hialeah Gardens at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
