Basketball Game Preview: Wynne Yellowjackets vs. Riverview Raiders

Having just played yesterday, the Wynne Yellowjackets will head out on the road to face off against the Riverview Raiders at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Wynne has given up an average of 57.1 points per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Wynne saw some tournament action on Monday. They took a 57-44 hit to the loss column at the hands of White County Central. The game marked the Yellowjackets' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Meanwhile, Riverview unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Monday. They fell 57-47 to Bradford.

Wynne now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Riverview, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-5.

Wynne couldn't quite get it done against Riverview in their previous matchup back in December of 2024 as they fell 54-44. Can the Yellowjackets avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
