Basketball Recap: Van Buren County Takes a Loss

Van Buren County lost against Gordonsville back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Van Buren County Eagles fell 75-68 to the Gordonsville Tigers.

Van Buren County now has a losing record at 5-6. As for Gordonsville, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 14-7-1 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Van Buren County will challenge Monterey at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Gordonsville, they are taking a road trip to challenge Watertown at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
