Basketball Recap: Bracken Christian Now 13-2 over Last 15 Games

Bracken Christian waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They managed a 60-55 victory over the St. Paul Cardinals. That's more bragging rights for the Warriors, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Bracken Christian's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Wyatt Parsons, who went 6 for 9 en route to 13 points and six assists. What's more, Parsons also racked up four boards, the most he's had since back in January of 2024. Ethan Cruz was another key player, going 5 of 11 on his way to 17 points and six rebounds.

Parsons wasn't the only one working in the assists department: Bracken Christian was working as a unit and finished the game with 14 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Bracken Christian has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 15 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 21-4 record this season. As for St. Paul, with the defeat, they broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 6-2.

Bracken Christian will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Faith Academy at 7:30 p.m. on January 24th. As for St. Paul, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 59-48 loss against Sacred Heart on the 17th.
