Volleyball Recap: Rockingham County Comes Up Short + How To Watch

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Rockingham County can now relate to. They lost 3-0 to the C.B. Aycock Golden Falcons on Saturday. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While Rockingham County had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 18 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-20, 25-18.

C.B. Aycock can attribute much of their success to Avery Fricks, who had six digs and three aces. That's the most digs Fricks has posted since back in September.

Rockingham County's loss dropped their record down to 7-17. As for C.B. Aycock, they pushed their record up to 14-11 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home.

Rockingham County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for C.B. Aycock, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Person on the 21st.
