Football Recap: Creswell Wins Going Away Against Marist

Creswell owes their defense a big pat on the back after their performance on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Marist Spartans as they made off with a 25-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 18-0 last Thursday.

Creswell has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 0 points this season. As for Marist, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Creswell is set to square off against their familiar foe Springfield at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Marist will face off against rival North Bend at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
