Bisbee put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on the Pima Roughriders with a sharp 12-0 victory. The game was the first time the Pumas have beaten the Roughriders on their field since April 10, 2019.

Sebastian Lopez and Bryceton Meyer did most of the damage at the plate: Lopez scored four runs and stole Two bases. while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances, while Meyer went 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, four RBI, and one run. That's the most runs Lopez has posted since back in February of 2024. Emilo Diaz-Lopez was another key player, scoring two runs while going 1-for-2.

Bisbee was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .500. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .304 or higher in 12 consecutive matches dating back to last season.

Bisbee's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Pima, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Bisbee has already played their next contest, a 6-1 defeat against Phoenix Christian on the 28th. As for Pima, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 14-0 loss against Willow Canyon on the 1st.
