Football Recap: Rehobeth Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Rehobeth fell victim to Pike Road and their airtight defense on Friday. They took a blow against the Patriots, falling 63-0. The Rebels have struggled against the Patriots recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Pike Road had a senior duo take command as Mike Jones rushed for 153 yards and one TD while picking up 9.6 yards per carry and O'Mari Smith rushed for 89 yards and a pair of scores on only five carries. The bulk of those rushing yards came from one huge play: a run that gained an incredible 86 yards.

Rehobeth now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Pike Road, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Coincidentally, Rehobeth and Pike Road will both be playing Wetumpka the next time they take the field. The Patriots will head out to face the Indians at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Rebels will host them at 7:00 p.m. on the 19th.
