Immokalee had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. While the 1-1 score might suggest a draw, it was the Immokalee Indians who were credited with the win on Tuesday. The Immokalee Indians got it done in the shootout by posting four goals to the Gateway Eagles's two. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Indians.

Salomon Phitember, who's played more minutes than anyone else on the Immokalee squad sat out for Tuesday's match. With Phitember sidelined, Stender Desir got his first action of the season.

Immokalee's victory bumped their record up to 14-4-1. As for Gateway, they moved to 14-7-3 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Immokalee will challenge Charlotte at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Charlotte is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.5 goals per game this season. Gateway does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
