Basketball Recap: Bethlehem Academy Sets Scoring Season-High Against Rushford-Peterson

Bethlehem Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss dating back to last season. They were six points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 60-54 heartbreaker at the hands of the Rushford-Peterson Trojans. One positive for the Cardinals, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Bethlehem Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Rushford-Peterson, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-3.

Bethlehem Academy won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against United Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. United Christian Academy will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Bethlehem Academy surely won't give up without a fight. As for Rushford-Peterson, they are taking a road trip to take on Lanesboro at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
