While Narbonne's victory against Rancho Dominguez wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Gauchos narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Lobos 3-2. The victory was familiar territory for the Gauchos, who have now won three matchups in a row.

Narbonne was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 21-25, 13-25, 25-20, 18-16.

Narbonne's win bumped their record up to 3-5. As for Rancho Dominguez, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.
