Volleyball Game Preview: East Kentwood Falcons vs. Hudsonville Eagles + How To Watch

East Kentwood hasn't had much luck against Hudsonville recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Falcons will be playing in front of their home fans against the Eagles at 7:00 p.m.

East Kentwood came up short against Rockford on Thursday, falling 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-6, 25-18, 25-17.

Meanwhile, Hudsonville faced Lowell in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Eagles came out on top against the Red Arrows by a score of 2-0. The win was nothing new for the Eagles as they're now sitting on three straight.

Hudsonville not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Lowell between 20 and 21 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-21.

Hudsonville's victory bumped their record up to 20-6-1. As for East Kentwood, their loss dropped their record down to 4-22-1.

East Kentwood might still be hurting after the 3-0 defeat they got from Hudsonville in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. Can the Falcons avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
