Tippecanoe is still undefeated this season after their matchup against Xenia on Friday, but Xenia came as close as anyone has to beating them. The Red Devils sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 16-14 victory over the Buccaneers. The 16-point effort marked the Red Devils' lowest-scoring contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Tippecanoe's record is now 7-0. As for Xenia, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 5-2 record.

Tippecanoe and Xenia should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Ohio Rankings. The Red Devils will take on Greenville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday with a big rank advantage (29 vs. 395). Meanwhile, Xenia (ranked 100th) will meet Fairborn (ranked 205th) at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
