Skyview is 9-1 against Battle Ground since June of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Storm will look to defend their home pitch against the Tigers at 7:00 p.m. The matchup will give Skyview their first taste of in-conference action this season.

Skyview is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Washington's top teams: Heritage, who was ranked 23rd at the time (Skyview was ranked 11th). The Storm fell 3-1 to the Timberwolves on Wednesday. Having soared to a lofty five goals in the game before, Skyview couldn't push the score so high this time.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Battle Ground duked it out with WF West two weeks ago. The Tigers and the Bearcats finished up their contest with a 3-3 draw.

Noel Bernier and Reed Silbernagel scored all three of Battle Ground's goals, bringing their combined season tally to nine goals.

Having lost for the first time this season, Skyview fell to 7-1-1. Battle Ground's draw makes their record 5-2-2 this season.

Skyview skirted past Battle Ground 2-1 in their previous meeting back in April of 2025. Will the Storm repeat their success, or do the Tigers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
