St. Catharine Academy came into this matchup off a tough 13-run defeat back in April. This time they kept things ultra-competitive, but unfortunately the final result was the same. They fell just short of the St. Raymond Academy for Girls Bluejays by a score of 15-13 on Saturday. On the bright side, the 13- run effort marked the Crusaders' highest-scoring matchup to date.

St. Catharine Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for St. Raymond Academy for Girls, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-3.

St. Raymond Academy for Girls wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 19-5 win against Montfort Academy on the 11th. Hopefully St. Catharine Academy paid attention to the Bluejays' contest: the next time they hit the field , they'll take on the Bluejays at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
