Southeast of Saline entered their tilt with Smoky Valley on Thursday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Vikings a 12-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Trojans, who have now won three games by 12 runs or more so far this season.

Carlee Dye made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run over five innings pitched. Dye was also solid in the batter's box, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one double.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Abby Wyatt, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with six RBI, two runs, and two doubles. Reese Heinrich was another key player, getting on base in all four of her plate appearances with three runs, one stolen base, and one double.
