Basketball Recap: Amber-Pocasset Victorious

Amber-Pocasset won the last time they faced Minco and things went their way on Saturday too. The Amber-Pocasset Panthers narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Minco Bulldogs 55-53. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Panthers have posted against the Bulldogs since January 20, 2018.

Amber-Pocasset's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 12-4. As for Minco, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 8-11.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Amber-Pocasset Panthers duke it out with the Verden Tigers at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Minco, they will face off against Hydro-Eakly at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hydro-Eakly has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 247 points over their last three matchups.
