Volleyball Game Preview: Delcastle Technical Cougars vs. William Penn Colonials

After both having extra time off, the Delcastle Technical Cougars and the William Penn Colonials will shake off the rust and duke it out at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Wednesday, Delcastle Technical didn't have quite enough to beat Christiana and fell 3-2. The Cougars have struggled against the Vikings recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, William Penn lost 3-0 to Middletown on Wednesday.

Delcastle Technical's defeat dropped their record down to 4-10. As for William Penn, their loss dropped their record down to 1-12.

Delcastle Technical took their victory against William Penn in their previous meeting back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Cougars since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
