In what's become a running theme this season, the Donahue Catholic Shamrocks gave their fans yet another huge victory on Friday. They blew past Southwest Florida Christian 61-20 on the road. Donahue Catholic's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Donahue Catholic's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Veronica Halisky, who dropped a double-double on ten points and 12 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Scholastica Niewald, who scored eight points along with five rebounds and three blocks.

The win makes it two in a row for Donahue Catholic and bumps their season record up to 13-5. As for Southwest Florida Christian, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-14.

Donahue Catholic will head out on the road to face off against the Lions at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
