Metamora is 10-0 against East Peoria since January of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Saturday. The Metamora Redbirds will look to defend their home court against the East Peoria Raiders at 6:30 p.m. Metamora has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 233 points over their last three matches.

Meanwhile, after a string of five wins, East Peoria's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They were beaten by Morton 76-49. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Raiders have suffered since February 21, 2024.

Metamora's victory was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 15-3. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.1 points per game. As for East Peoria, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-3.

Everything came up roses for Metamora against East Peoria in their previous matchup back in February of 2024, as the squad secured a 70-43 win. Will Metamora repeat their success, or does East Peoria have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
