Football Recap: New Buffalo Bison vs. Eau Claire Beavers

New Buffalo's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. Everything went their way against the Eau Claire Beavers as they made off with a 72-48 victory. The Bison haven't had any issues with the Beavers recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

New Buffalo found their leader in sophomore Colten Lijewski, who rushed for 266 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 14.0 yards per carry, and also threw for 197 yards and six TDs. Those four rushing touchdowns set a new season-high mark for Lijewski.

New Buffalo was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 401 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.
