Caesar Rodney faced Dover in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Riders blew past the Senators 3-0. The Riders' win was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

One reason for the win was Caesar Rodney's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-15, 25-12.

Caesar Rodney's victory was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 11-0. As for Dover, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Caesar Rodney will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Cape Henlopen at 5:00 p.m. on the 29th. After both having extra time off, Dover and Tatnall will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday.
