R.J. Reynolds can bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Atkins Camels by a score of 3-1. That's more bragging rights for the Demons, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

R.J. Reynolds had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 22-25, 25-17, 25-15, 25-12.

Kendall McCluney was the offensive standout of the match as she had six digs and six aces. That's the most digs she has posted since back in October of 2024.

R.J. Reynolds picked up their first road win, bumping their record up to 2-6. As for Atkins, they dropped their record down to 0-2 with the loss, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. R.J. Reynolds will welcome North Forsyth at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Atkins, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against T.W. Andrews at 6:00 p.m.
