Baseball Recap: United Takes a Loss

United lost to Rockwood back in April of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Lions came up short against the Rockets, falling 10-4. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Ryan Felix was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-2 with two runs and one double. United is 2-1 when Felix posts two or more runs, but 1-7 otherwise.

United's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Rockwood, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-6 record.

United wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 16-0 loss against Windber on the 20th. As for Rockwood, they have also already played their next matchup, a 23-4 defeat against Southern Fulton on the 21st.
