Soccer Recap: Westover Christian Academy Takes a Loss

After soaring to five goals the game before, Westover Christian Academy was a bit more limited in their game on Tuesday. They came up short against the Grace Christian Warriors, falling 4-1. If Westover Christian Academy were looking for revenge after losing 6-0 to Grace Christian when the teams met back in May of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Westover Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 6-4-1. As for Grace Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season.

Westover Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Grace Christian, they will challenge Bath County at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Grace Christian will be up against Bath County's rather soft defense (which has allowed three goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
