Preview: LaMoille Lions vs. Henry-Senachwine Mallards
The LaMoille Lions will look to defend their home court on Monday against the Henry-Senachwine Mallards at 7:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
LaMoille's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their third straight loss. They took a 51-42 hit to the loss column at the hands of Amboy.
Brayden Klein put forth a good effort for the losing side as he scored 16 points along with 3 steals. He scored a full 38.1% of LaMoille's points, the sixth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Jhett Cowser was another key contributor, scoring 9 points.
Meanwhile, Henry-Senachwine was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Friday as they fell 47-41 to Midland. Henry-Senachwine has struggled against Midland recently, as their game on Friday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
The losses dropped LaMoille to 2-5 and Amboy to 1-4.
