Scott falls despite strong effort from Xarek Sarakatsannis

The Scott Eagles pushed their score all the way to 55 on Friday, but even that wasn't enough to win. The matchup between Scott and Mason County wasn't particularly close, with Scott falling 74-55. It was the first time this season that Scott let down their fans at home.

Despite the loss, Scott still got an impressive performance from Xarek Sarakatsannis, who scored 19 points along with seven rebounds. The game was Sarakatsannis' sixth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Jon Evans, who scored nine points.

Scott's defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-3. As for Mason County, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 5-1.
