Softball Recap: Breckenridge Has No Trouble Against Pelican Rapids

Breckenridge's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Pelican Rapids Vikings an 11-0 shutout. That looming 11-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Cowboys yet this season.

The team relied heavily on Adi Dodge, who went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, three RBI, and one run. Another player making a difference was Jaelie Ernst, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs and one RBI.

Breckenridge was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .414. That's the best batting average they've posted all season.
