Baseball Recap: Ridgewood Comes Up Short

Ridgewood saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kyle Szewczyk, who went 1-for-2 with one run.

Ridgewood's loss dropped their record down to 14-13-1. As for Bartlett, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 16-13-1 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ridgewood will host Glenbard East at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Rams will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something the Rebels surely won't give up without a fight. As for Bartlett, they will welcome South Elgin at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
