Volleyball Recap: Francis W. Parker Takes a Loss

Francis W. Parker was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Chicago University Maroons. If the Colonels were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Maroons when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-17.

Francis W. Parker's loss dropped their record down to 7-11. As for Chicago University, the victory got them back to even at 7-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Francis W. Parker will welcome Morgan Park Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Chicago University, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Trinity at 6:00 p.m.
