There's no place like home for Jerome, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They put the hurt on the Burley Bobcats with a sharp 7-0 victory on Wednesday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for Jerome considering their one-goal performance the game before.

Their offense was hitting Burley from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Alyssa Jensen led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

Jerome now has a winning record of 4-3-2. As for Burley, they dropped their record down to 2-6-1 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Jerome will host Preston at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Preston's last seven matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Burley, they will welcome Wood River at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Wood River will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Burley surely won't give up without a fight.
