Elkhart never let their opponents score on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Goshen RedHawks with a sharp 7-0 win. The Lions not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since May 8, 2024.

Quinn Rost made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Rost was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 2-for-3. What's more, he posted two RBI, the most he's had since back in May of 2024.
